Drawing the child in the third panel was hard for me. The first several attempts came off looking much too old. He looks about the right age now.
I have a cousin who, as of this writing, is a little over a year old. She’s an adorable happy child, and I tried to draw her this summer but she refused to sit still, and so I gave up and encouraged her to make funny noises instead. She thought that was more fun.
