Hey, so important news: This weekend, I will be attending MoCCA Arts Fest, where I will be tabling with the Center for Cartoon Studies (find us at G204). I’ll have a limited number of copies of Simpler with me (see previous post) and until I get an online store set up, this is the best chance to get a copy. I am very much looking forward to discovering new comics and eating good food and am generally really excited to be spending the weekend in New York.
When I get back I’ll take some time to share con highlights and review some of the comics I pick up, and jump into another busy week penciling my final project. I was able to get past some creative blockage last weekend and get rolling again, and it’s been really good to get so many pages penciled over the past few days. I look forward to finishing this story and getting it out into the world–there’s a lot left to do, but I’m really proud of what I’m producing and I love this story and these characters.
Wish me luck in New York, and I’ll see you next week.
UPDATE: I will also have copies of Barriers (updated from the version available on this website) and a very small number of copies of The Allergen.
